🌟 Huge shoutout to our talented students, Gracie Bower and Kylie Simmons, for their incredible performances at the Board of Education meeting! 🌟 Gracie captivated us all with her beautifully written original song, showcasing her amazing voice and guitar skills, while Kylie performed a graceful ballet that left everyone in awe. Their performances set a wonderful tone for the evening just before our LSIC presentation. We’re so proud of these talented young women for representing our school with such grace and creativity! 🎶💃

Friday, October 25, 2024. Wyoming East High School. Mullens Elementary School. Mullens Middle School. Bus 165, Ruby, will not be running this evening. Bus 147 will bring those students home. High School Students will be 25 minutes late. Elementary and Middle School Students will be 25-40 minutes late.

Parents will need to meet the bus at the mouth of KeyRock or Rock Castle Baptist Church. Bus 154 will be bringing those students. Bus 154 will run through Bowmans Bottom High School Run, meet at 3:15pm. Elementary and Middle Run, meet at 3:55pm.

Help Us Keep Our Students Warm This Winter! As the cold weather approaches, we’re looking to fill our donations box with warm clothing for students in need. We’re accepting new coats, gloves, hats, scarves, and sweaters of all sizes. Your generosity will make a huge difference in ensuring every student stays warm and focused on their education. Due to the power being out at Herndon Consolidated, Herndon Consolidated ONLY will be closed on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. All other schools will be back on regular schedule.

Due to continued power outages, issues with phone lines, downed trees, and storm damage- Wyoming County Schools will be closed Monday, September 30, 2024.

Parents, Students will receive an email early this week with a link to their GSA video score report as well as the access codes to login to the family portal. If your child does not receive his/her email, please reach out to the school for the access code.

September 9, 2024 Wyoming East High School Herndon Elementary and Middle School Bus 151 Taylor will not be running this evening. Bus 241 will be bringing those students home. Approximately leaving Herndon at 4:40pm.

Attention Families: Wyoming County Schools have been made aware of an ongoing issue in Kentucky and a message that had been put out by Mingo County Schools. There have been no threats towards Wyoming County Schools. We have collaborated with the Sheriff’s office. Our schools do an amazing job keeping our students safe, and happy while they are learning.
